PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

  1. MULTI-CURRENCY PRICED TRANSACTION, the displayed price and currency selected by you, will be the same price and currency charged to the Card and printed on the Transaction Receipt.
  2. PURCHASES. Arabian private adventure accepts payment by Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED for its products and services. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers. Please review respective merchant service provider’s user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction. Interpretation. These Terms of Use supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements with regard to the subject matters discussed in these Terms of Use. A waiver or modification of these Terms of Use will only be effective if made in writing signed by an authorized officer of Arabian Private Adventure. All refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment.

  •  Placing An Order

Placing an order can be done from the website, by telephone Arabian Private Adventure. Should you place an order from the website, you have to be sure that personal data is correct Arabian Private Adventure Co LLC is neither responsible for sending e-mails to the wrong e-mail address nor for scheduling tours to the wrong date and  location if the form is incorrectly filled-out.

  •  Processing Time

You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the tours are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. arabianprivateadventure.com does not guarantee same day-scheduling. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.

  •  Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. arabianprivateadventure.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. arabianprivateadventure.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to schedule  time than the offered time you ordered of any tours. We may require additional verification’s or information before accepting any order.

arabianprivateadventure.com will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. All tracking information will be emailed to your arabianprivateadventure.com ID once your order has processed or changed status. You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by logging in to your account on our Web site.

  •  Change Orders

You may request a change to your order provided the order has not already been charged to your account. Please call us during arabianprivateadventure.com’s hours of operation to request a change to your order. Please have your sales order (SO) or customer number ready for better assistance. We strongly discourage sending change order requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to make an adjustment due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.

  •  Cancel Orders

You may request that an order be canceled provided the order has not already been processed and scheduled. Simply call us during arabianprivateadventure.com’s hours of operation to request an order cancellation. We strongly discourage sending order cancellation requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to void the order due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
